• Ensuring that citizens are informed about new health measures and acceptance protocols in a timely manner.
• Informing Schengen visa holders (information leaflet will be given on passport delivery) that restrictions that may apply within the EU borders cannot be excluded regardless of nationality. (For example, quarantine when the test is positive).
• COVID-19 Pandemic with information about national and regional information centers, which can be used before travel, on the official website of EU "EU re-open" (https://reopen.europa.eu/en) on 15.06.2020 It will share information that includes measures taken and implemented during the period of time, as well as which units with which a potential COVID-19 symptom will contact.

Important notice on COVID-19 related travel restrictions

As part of the measures to contain the spreading of COVID-19, individual Schengen States have ibtroduced travel restrictions, including at certain borders between those states.

Depending on the development of the epidemological situation both within and outside the EU, travel restrictions may be eased or reintroduced.

All travelers are responsible for verifying the travel restrictions in place before departure. Holders of a Schengen visas are not automatically entitled to enter the Schengen area but must respect the travel restrictions in place.

Our customers are obliged to visit our office with a mask.
Due to the corona virus outbreak, applications with a start date of only 1 June will be accepted for touristic trips. Applications booked before 1 June will not be accepted.
Those who have received a visa and whose visa start date is March 18, 2020, who have lost their travel due to travel restrictions and want their visa to be changed, should send them directly to the Consulate General of Greece by e-mail, proof of their future travel plans.

In the context of preventive measures against the spread of the viral disease COVID-19, all passengers arriving at the Greek borders, irrespective of their nationality, will be quarantined at home for 14 days.


Greek Government suspends the acceptance of all visa applications for Education, Cultural or Sports and Congress applications until further notice.


All the congress and Seminars have been cancelled in Greece and also Greek Government has announced that seasonal hotels and resorts won't be operating at least until 30 April 2020.


For those hotels already open, will close down on 23 March 2020 until 30 April 2020.


Greece has also decided to suspend temporarily cruise ships and ships that conduct daily cruises to dock at Greek ports.


Greece has also decided to close its borders (by land, sea or air) with Albania and North Macedonia, stop flights to and from Spain and Italy and end passenger ship service to Italy.


Movement of goods by truck drivers to and from Italy, Albania and North Macedonia is not affected.


Furthermore, archaeological sites, as well as state-run museums will be closed. The decision to keep these venues closed will be revised on March 30th, 2020.

KVKK Enlightenment Text for Visitors of Kosmos Visa Services Limited Company

This enlightenment text has been prepared by Kosmos Visa Services Limited Company in the capacity of data responsible within the scope of the Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Notification on the Procedures and Principles to be complied with in the fulfilment of the Obligation of Lighting.


The names and surnames of the persons coming to the premises of our Institution as guests, or the personal data holders are informed in this context by means of the texts posted on Company boards or on the website. The data obtained for the purpose of guest entry-exit tracking are processed only for this purpose, and the related personal data are recorded to the data recording system in physical environment.


In order to ensure the security of the building through the security camera in our service building, image recording is made and the registration process is supervised by the Head Office.


Within this framework, only a limited number of Company employees have access to the obtained records.  The Company's employees whom have access to the said records are allowed to share the records to the authorised public institutions and/or organizations or legally authorised persons when/if an official request received.  A limited number of people, whom have the access to the records, declare that they protect the confidentiality of the data they the access through the confidentiality commitment document.


Said personal data is  processed automatically under the  based on legal reasons located in the Law Article 5 which is:  for data responsible to fulfil the legal obligations " and   " that the data is compulsory to be processed for the data responsible can be taken under the condition of without detriment to the to the persons’ fundamental rights and freedoms’

Such personal data may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement authorities upon request, in accordance with the relevant legislation, or to settle legal disputes. You can submit your requests regarding Article 11 which regulates the person’s rights and according to ‘’Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Officer’’ to Kosmos Visa Services co. As from Monday 31.12.2018, Greece Schengen visa fees and service fee currency will be in  EURO only. The currency of our other services (i.e. photocopy, SMS, cargo, photo) will continue to be in Turkish Liras.


Kosmos Visa Services, will be closed on May 1st Tuesday due to Labor Day.


Ukrainian citizens, who own a biometric passport, will travel to Schengen without a visa after 11.06.2017.


Georgian citizens with a biometric passport will be able to travel to the Schengen region without visa from 28.03.2017.
